Entire arithmetic functions.<BR><BR>

A classic theorem of Polya shows that the 
function <i>2<sup>z</sup></i> is the "smallest" entire 
transcendental function that takes integer values for <i>z</i> in <b>N</b>. 
In the second part 
of the seminar I will present variations in which additional conditions are 
imposed on the value sequence of the entire function on <b>N</b>.
