Title: “Reflections on the subject of algebraic extensions of finitely

generated fully residually free groups.”

Abstract:

A group G is fully residually free if for any finite number of

non-trivial elements there exists a homomorphism from G to a free group F such that these elements have non-trivial images. I am going to discuss possible approaches to define a notion of an algebraic extension of G.
