I am an applied mathematician. I work on the application of mathematics (especially scientific computing and probabilistic modelling) in linguistics, biology, and cognitive psychology.

I also work on diversities, a generalization of metric spaces developed by David Bryant and me. We introduced diversities in "Hyperconvexity and Tight Span Theory for Diversities."
