Title:  Quillen model 2-categories

Abstract: I will present a survey of some recent work on the
relationship between 2-category theory and homotopy theory. In
particular, I will illustrate Steve Lack's theorem that every
(sufficiently complete) 2-category can be equipped a Quillen model
structure.
