Research Interests

Hydrodynamic stability and nonlinear waves in geophysical fluid dynamics and on vortices; bypass transition in boundary layers, resonant wave interactions, aeroacoustics (i.e., jet noise) and numerical methods for solving partial differential equations arising in the foregoing research areas. Some interest also in the PDE approach to mathematical finance.
