Corrections, typos, etc.

• Assignment 1:
  • In Problem 1, the orientation is counterclockwise.
  • In Problem 6, the orientation of the projection of the contour to the (x,y)-coordinate plane is counterclockwise when viewed from above. Also, the "cone" is actually a "paraboloid".
• Assignment 5:
  • In the solution of Problem 1, a factor of 2 was missed; the mistake has now been corrected.
