Research:
In order of current importance;
- Singular G-Monopoles:
This involves the study of the moduli space of solutions of the Bogomolny equation. I have made notes on a few of my main sources of reference;
- Singular Hermitian-Einstein Monopoles: This follows (quite closely) a paper of B. Charbouneu and J. Hurtubise where they give a Kobayshi-Hitchen-type correspondence between singular HE-monopoles and stable pairs.
- Euclidean Monopoles: These (companion) papers of Stuart Jarvis provide the local discription along with the asymptotics of singular G-monopoles.
- Morse Theory:
Most of my readings here have come from the famous book of John Milnor's entitled "Morse Theory".
Michael Lennox Wong has taken the liberty of scribbing this book in LaTeX (available here).
I have prepared my own concise notes of this book which could easily be used as a one-semester undergraduate course in the subject. This is available in my Course Notes section
- The Geometry of Mapping Spaces:
These follow a paper of Milgram and Kallel. These notes are incomplete but still contain a lot of stuff.
