I received my PhD from UCLA in May 2011 under the advisement of Haruzo Hida.

My main research interests are in the study of special values of L-functions and related themes such as automorphic forms (both complex and p-adic), Shimura varieties, Iwasawa theory and the Langlands program.

As a visiting undergraduate student at Moscow State University in Fall semester of 2003, I wrote a short paper in Russian (the MathSciNet review MR2098967):
On the number of summands in the Hilbert–Kamke problem in numbers not divisible by a power of an integer (Russian), Chebyshevskiĭ Sbornik 5 (2004), no. 1(9), 63–70
